Watercolor starts and stops time.

With any subject matter, applications of watercolor paint transform one another and migrate over the picture plane. The resulting work is a visceral burst of life that leaps from the artwork into the eyes, brain, and very cells of the viewer. For me, watercolor best expresses this life force.

Regarding Water, A dozen artists in diverse media show water in many forms, Honeyjones Gallery, Cambridge, September 2021. Curated by Nancy in collaboration with gallery owner Julie Ayaz.
